About Mediterra

Mediterra is an exclusive and intimate gated community located in Naples, Florida with less than 950 residences located within 1,700 acres including more than 1,000 acres of preserve.  Mediterra was designed with the timeless charm of the Mediterranean region of Europe.  The community has the honor of being named Collier County's Community of the Year numerous times since it's opening in 2001.
 
The Club at Mediterra includes 36 holes of Tom Fazio designed championship golf limited to only 450 members.  The clubhouse which is the epicenter of the community's social life has been expanded to nearly 60,000 total Sq. Ft. It features a restaurant, lounge, sunroom, garden room and terrace.
 
Members can also bask in the sunny comfort at the private Mediterra Beach Club that serves indoor and al fresco dining with a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  Multi-million-dollar renovations to be completed in 2024. 

Mediterra Golf

The world's first 36-hole golf facility to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary. Both the North and South course were designed by Tom Fazio, known as the 'master of environmentally-sensitive golf course designs'. Rolling bunkers and land forms were incorporated into the design of the courses to complement the Mediterranean countryside ambiance of the community.  Memberships are limited to 225 per 18 holes.

GOLF LEARNING CENTER
Members appreciate the enclosed hitting station, with video equipment and launch monitor for analysis from 2 different angles. Outside, two open hitting stations provide practice area for long shots and private instruction.

Sports Club

The Sports Club has been designed to incorporate walkways between itself, the Piazza and the club. The landscaping is beautiful, with perfectly manicured lawns and a pleasant walk with benches aligning the pathways toward the Piazza. Amenities of the Sports Club include:
